Abstract: |
In this paper, the dynamic properties and it were studied microstructure of NBR / BR with different silica by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and rubber processing analyzer (RPA-2000). The results showed that with the increase of the amount of silica, the aggregation of silica increased, the interaction between silica and rubber matrix increased, and the Payne effect of the compound increased. Dynamic performance, with the temperature rising , NBR / BR compound loss factor increased first and then reduced; With the increasing in the amount of silica, NBR / BR compound loss factor increased at low temperature, high temperature decreased. With the increase of temperature, NBR / BR vulcanized rubber storage modulus G " hadn’t changed , loss factor decreased . With the advancing in the amount of silica, NBR / BR vulcanized rubber storage modulus G " increased, loss factor increased. As the temperature increasing , the loss factor of NBR / BR vulcanizate increased firstly and then decreased . |
