Abstract: This paper mainly studies the vulcanization system and reinforcing system influence on the properties of chloroprene rubber and natural rubber blends, which is mainly related to Zinc Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, and DM as the common sulfur curing system and carbon black N550 and silica as the impact on the physical and mechanical properties of the blend reinforcement system after the study found that: Zinc Oxide: Magnesium Oxide: DM: General sulphur vulcanization accelerator =6:3:5:0.3, the tensile strength can reach 23.18MPa, the influence of sulphur vulcanization on the Shorea hardness maximum, the curing time for physical mechanical 60min are best, carbon black N550 40, silica was 20 phr, the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber the best. |
