Abstract: |
In conditions of paragraphs barrels’ temperature of downstream continuous mixer were certain, the internally developed series type continuous mixing equipment was used to find out the effect of rotor speed response to rubber internal silane coupling reaction by the change of the rotor speed of downstream continuous mixer. The results show that: When the feed section barrel’s temperature of downstream continuous mixer is 145 ℃, mixing section barrel’s temperature is 135 ℃, extrusion section barrel’s temperature is 125 ℃, the rotor speed is 30rpm, residence time is 2.75 min, exhaust temperature is 154 ℃, the degree of internal silane coupling of reaction is the highest, and the reinforcing effect is the best. |
