| Abstract: |
| By using a small lab mixer with synchronous rotor，under the same condition of cooling water temperature，ram pressure and rotor speed，five different configurations of the rotor were experimentally studied with varied filling factors.The results showed that there was an optimal filling factor in the mixing process.Based on the experimental results，the optimal filling factor of the tread compound for all steel radial tire was 0.60～0.65. |
