      用多因素回归分析法设计实验,研究炭黑N330和硫黄用量对混炼型聚氨酯(MPU)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:在本工作设定的范围内,当硫黄用量固定时,随着炭黑N330用量增大,MPU胶料的硬度、100%定伸应力、撕裂强度和DIN磨耗体积提高,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和回弹值降低;当炭黑N330用量固定时,随着硫黄用量增大,MPU胶料的硬度没有明显变化,拉伸强度略降低,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度先提高后降低,回弹值下降;当炭黑N330用量较低时,DIN磨耗体积随着硫黄用量增大而增大;根据回归分析法建立的数学模型可以较准确地预测MPU胶料各项性能随硫黄和炭黑用量变化而变化的趋势。

      Experiments were designed to investigate the effects of the dosage of carbon black N330 and sulfur on properties of millable polyurethane(MPU) using multi-factor regression analysis.The results showed that within the range set in this work,when the dosage of sulfur was fixed,as the dosage of carbon black N330 increased,the hardness,stress at 100% elongation,tear strength and DIN wear volume of MPU compound increased,while the tensile strength,elongation at break and rebound value decreased.When the dosage of carbon black N330 was fixed,with the increase of sulfur dosage,the hardness of MPU compound did not change significantly,the tensile strength slightly decreased,the elongation at break and tear strength first increased and then decreased,and the rebound value decreased.When the dosage of carbon black N330 was low,the DIN wear volume increased with the increase of sulfur dosage.The mathematical model established based on the regression analysis could accurately predict the changes trend of various properties of MPU compound with changes in sulfur and carbon black dosage.
