      测定硫化剂DCP用量为0.5,1,1.5和2份时三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料的t90,探讨t90与EPDM/聚丙烯(PP)热塑性动态硫化橡胶(TPV)动态硫化行为之间的对应关系,通过拉伸性能和凝胶含量测试、扫描电镜和差示扫描量热分析等确定相应硫化剂DCP用量下EPDM/PP TPV的最佳动态硫化时间。试验结果表明:EPDM/PP TPV的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度以及结晶性能随着动态硫化时间的延长呈先增大后减小的趋势,在t90对应的动态硫化时间达到峰值;当硫化剂DCP用量为1份、动态硫化时间为6 min时,EPDM/PP TPV的综合性能达到最佳,拉伸强度为16.9 MPa、拉断伸长率为531%、撕裂强度为103 kN·m-1、结晶温度为120.55 ℃、结晶度为64.2%。本研究为快速、精准地确定TPV的最佳动态硫化时间提供了一种简单可行的方案。

      The t90 of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) compound with 0.5,1,1.5 and 2 phr curing agent DCP were determined,and the corresponding relationship between t90 and the dynamic vulcanization behavior of EPDM/polypropylene(PP) thermoplastic dynamic vulcanizate(TPV) was discussed.The optimum dynamic vulcanization time of EPDM/PP TPV with corresponding curing agent DCP content was determined by tensile test,gel content test,SEM and DSC.The experimental results showed that the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength and crystallization property of EPDM/PP TPV increased first and then decreased with the extension of dynamic vulcanization time.The maximum value of those properties appeared at the time corresponding to t90. When the amount of curing agent DCP was 1 phr and the dynamic vulcanization time was 6 min,the performance of TPV was the best with tensile strength of 16.9 MPa,elongation at break of 531%,tearing strength of 103 kN·m-1,crystallization temperature of 120.55℃,and crystallinity of 64.2%.This study provided a simple and feasible scheme for quickly and accurately determining the optimal dynamic vulcanization time of TPV.
