      以氯丁胶乳为主体材料,在采用内浸和外浸凝固剂的新工艺基础上,开展提高氯丁胶乳气象气球耐低温性能的研究。结果表明,添加天然胶乳(用量为氯丁胶乳用量的20%)对氯丁胶乳混合改性,并通过在配方中添加矿物油和在硫化工序后浸泡增塑剂两种方法并用,能有效降低氯丁胶乳气象气球胶膜的脆性温度,提高胶膜的耐低温性能,提高气象气球的升空高度。
英文摘要:
      Using Neoprene latex as the main material,the research on improving the low-temperature resistance of neoprene latex meteorological balloons was conducted based on a new process involving both internal and external immersion coagulants.The results showed that adding natural latex(at 20% of the amount of neoprene latex) for mixed modification,along with the addition of mineral oil in the formulation and plasticizer soaking after vulcanization,could effectively reduce the brittle temperature of the neoprene latex balloon film,improve its low-temperature performance,and increase the release altitude of the meteorological balloons.lication of plasticizers in chlorobutyl rubber latex meteorological balloons was studied. The results show that the mixed modification with natural rubber latex, internal plasticizer incorporation, and external plasticizer foaming can effectively reduce the material"s brittle temperature, improve the low-temperature performance of the film, and thus enhance the release altitude of meteorological balloons.
