      针对某车型橡胶衬套的撕裂失效问题,对衬套使用环境和衬套结构进行分析和验证,发现衬套撕裂失效的主要原因为结构设计不合理。优化衬套结构后进行仿真分析和实车验证,结果表明:与优化前衬套相比,优化后衬套的静刚度变化较小;衬套上端面的应变从0.92降至0.66,内部区域的应变从0.68降至0.44,下端面的应变从0.85降至0.73;优化后衬套通过实车试验,满足整车耐久性能要求。

      In response to the tearing failure problem of rubber bushings in a certain vehicle,the analysis and verification of the bushing usage environment and structure were conducted,and it was found that the main reason for bushing tearing failure was unreasonable structural design.After optimizing the bushing structure,simulation analysis and real vehicle verification were conducted.The results showed that compared with the bushing before optimization,the static stiffness of the optimized bushing changed little.The strain on the upper end face of the bushing decreased from 0.92 to 0.66,the strain in the internal area decreased from 0.68 to 0.44,and the strain on the lower end face decreased from 0.85 to 0.73.The optimized bushing had been tested in real vehicle experiments and met the durability requirements of the entire vehicle.
