| 研究助交联剂Ricon154DA对硫化剂DCP硫化变压器密封用氢化丁腈橡胶（HNBR）胶料性能的影响。结果表明：助交联剂Ricon154DA能有效提高HNBR胶料的硫化速率和交联密度；随着助交联剂Ricon154DA用量的增大，HNBR硫化胶的硬度、100%定伸应力和拉伸强度增大，拉断伸长率减小，撕裂强度先增大后减小，抗压缩永久变形性能改善；助交联剂Ricon154DA用量为1.5份时HNBR硫化胶具有良好的物理性能、抗压缩永久变形性能、耐油性能、耐高低温性能和耐臭氧老化性能，可以用于变压器的密封。 |

| The effect of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber（HNBR） compound for transformer sealing cured with curing agent DCP.The results showed that the co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA could effectively improve the curing rate and crosslinking density of HNBR compound.With the increase of the dosage of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA，the hardness，modulus at 100% and tensile strength of HNBR vulcanizate increased，the elongation at break decreased，the tear strength first increased and then decreased，and the compression set was improved.When the dosage of co-crosslinking agent Ricon154DA was 1.5 phr，HNBR vulcanizate had good physical properties，compression set resistance，oil resistance，high and low temperature resistance，ozone aging resistance，and could be used for transformer sealing. |
