分析全钢子午线轮胎硫化胶边的产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。除了采取确保胎坯设计尺寸与模具尺寸匹配度、模具精度及硫化工艺参数符合要求等常规措施外,对于采用两半模硫化的情况,适当调低正硫化氮气压力不仅可改善硫化机合模力偏高和设备负荷较大的问题,还可在确保轮胎性能满足企业标准的前提下有效减少轮胎硫化胶边。 |

The causes of vulcanizate edge of all-steel radial tire were analyzed,and the countermeasures were put forward.In addition to taking routine measures to ensure that the matche of design size of the green tire with that of the mold,the mold accuracy and vulcanization process parameters met the requirements,for the vulcanization with two half molds,appropriately reducing the optimum vulcanization nitrogen pressure cound not only improve the problems of high clamping force and large equipment load of the curing press,but also effectively reduce the tire vulcanizate edge on the premise of ensuring that the tire performance met the enterprise standard. |
