      采用微氧微纳再生胶(简称MOMN-RGTR)制备高抗撕裂MOMN-RGTR/天然橡胶(NR)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)实心轮胎胎冠胶,研究MOMN-RGTR的微观形貌、环保性能以及MOMN-RGTR用量对胎冠胶性能的影响。结果表明:MOMN-RGTR符合相关环保法规要求;填充MOMN-RGTR的胶料的门尼粘度小于填充普通轮胎再生胶(TRR)的胶料,加工性能改善;填充MOMN-RGTR的胶料的硫化速率提高;随着MOMN-RGTR填充量的增大,胶料的拉伸性能略有下降,但MOMN-RGTR填充量小于50份时,胶料各项指标均能满足实心轮胎胎冠胶的性能要求;填充MOMN-RGTR可大幅提高胶料的抗撕裂性能和耐磨性能,MOMN-RGTR填充量为50份时,胶料的撕裂强度最高(94 kN·m-1),阿克隆磨耗体积最小(0.317 cm3);填充10份MOMN-RGTR的胶料的团聚程度小于添加10份TRR的胶料;填充20~50份MOMN-RGTR的胶料表面较平滑,团聚较少或无团聚现象,随着MOMN-RGTR填充量的继续增大,团聚现象增加。

      Micro-oxygen micro-nano reclaimed ground tire rubber(MOMN-RGTR)/natural rubber (NR)/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) solid tire crown compound with high tear resistance was prepared,the microstructure,environmental performance of MOMN-RGTR,and the effect of MOMN-RGTR dosage on the properties of the crown compound were studied. The results showed that MOMN-RGTR met the requirements of relevant environmental regulations.The Mooney viscosity of the compound with MOMN-RGTR was lower than that of the compound with ordinary tire reclaimed rubber(TRR),and the processability was improved.The addition of MOMN-RGTR could improve the vulcanization rate of compound.As the dosage of MOMN-RGTR increased,the tensile properties of the compound slightly decreased,however,when the MOMN-RGTR dosage was less than 50 phr,all indicators met the requirements of solid tire crown compound. The addition of MOMN-RGTR could significantly improve the tear resistance and wear resistance of the compound. When the daosge of MOMN-RGTR was 50 phr,the tear strength was the highest(94 kN·m-1) and the Akron abrasion volume was the smallest(0.317 cm3).The agglomeration degree of the compound with MOMN-RGTR was lower than that of the compound with TRR of the same dosage of 10 phr.The surface of the compounds with 20~50 phr MOMN-RGTR were relatively smoother,with little or no agglomeration.With the increase of MOMN-RGTR dosage,the agglomeration phenomenon of the compound increased.
