研究测试方法对2×0.30HT,2×0.30ST和2×0.30UT 3种不同强度钢丝帘线破断力的影响。结果表明:当拉力试验机的夹具间距离较大(56 cm)时,所测破断力的精密度和准确性比夹具间距离较小(34 cm)时差,并且对于特高强度2×0.30UT钢丝帘线尤为明显;夹具间距离较大时在夹具上垫一层80 μm的砂纸,所测2×0.30UT钢丝帘线破断力平均值高于未垫砂纸时,而平均偏差和标准偏差则大幅减小,测试的准确度提高,并且试样断口多为理想的颈缩断口。 |

The effect of test methods on the breaking force of 2×0.30HT,2×0.30ST,and 2×0.30UT steel cord with different tenacity was studied.The results showed that when the distance between the fixtures of the tensile testing machine was larger(56 cm),the precision and accuracy of the measured breaking force were poorer than those from the smaller distance between the fixtures(34 cm),and it was particularly evident for ultra-high tenacity 2×0.30UT steel cord.When the distance between the fixtures was larger,by placing a layer of 80 μm(180 mesh) sandpaper on the fixtures,the average breaking force of the 2×0.30UT steel cord measured was higher than that without sandpaper,while the average deviation and standard deviation were significantly reduced.It could be seen that placing sandpaper on the fixtures could improve the accuracy of the test,and the test sample fracture surface was mostly an ideal necking fracture surface. |
