对比研究4种不同牌号酚醛补强树脂的理化性能及其对轿车子午线轮胎高硬度三角胶性能的影响。结果表明:SP-6700与SL-2201牌号腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂的相对分子质量和软化点相近,使用这两种树脂的胶料性能相当;HRJ-11995与SL-2201H牌号腰果壳油改性酚醛树脂的相对分子质量和软化点较高且相近,SL-2201H胶料的加工安全性更好,其他性能与HRJ-11995胶料相当。 |

The chemical indexes of four different brand reinforcing phenolic resins and their effects on the properties of high hardness apex for passenger car radial tires were compared.The results showed that the molecular weight and softening point of SP-6700 and SL-2201 cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin were similar,and the properties of compounds using these two resins were equivalent.The molecular weight and softening point of HRJ-11995 and SL-2201H cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic resin were higher and similar,the processing safety of SL-2201H compound was better,and other properties were equivalent to HRJ-11995 compound. |
