| The key content of the national standard GB/T 45132—2025 “Tire Intelligent Manufacturing —Interconnection Network Architecture—General Specification” was interpreted,covering the basic information,formulation background,positioning,main technical content,implementation recommendations and advancement pathways,as well as future prospects of the standard.The standard established a scientific technical system,proposed seven fundamental requirements including network isolation and ultra-low latency(≤30 ms),defined six types of interconnection for tire intelligent manufacturing,and established a three-tier connection framework of “edge access layer-aggregation layer-core layer” and a network architecture of “Information Technology(IT)/Operational Technology(OT) and field/workshop/factory levels”.The challenges in standard implementation were analyzed in terms of technological integration,talent shortage,investment,and security,along with the pathways such as phased implementation and enhanced talent cultivation were proposed.The standard needs continuous integration with emerging technologies like 5G,time-sensitive networking(TSN),artificial intelligence(AI),and digital twin,while further refining the standard system in areas such as equipment management,logistics deployment,visualization,and edge computing to propel China’s transition from a tire manufacturing giant to a manufacturing powerhouse. |
