中文摘要:
      研究新型封端巯基硅烷偶联剂Si-818在轮胎缓冲层胶料中的应用。结果表明,与添加硅烷偶联剂Si69的胶料相比,添加硅烷偶联剂Si-818胶料的Payne效应弱,白炭黑在橡胶中的分散性较好,混炼胶的门尼粘度减小,t10延长,FmaxFL增大,硫化胶的100%定伸应力和拉伸强度略增大,压缩疲劳温升较低,屈挠裂纹长度减小,耐屈挠疲劳性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The application of a novel end-capped mercapto silane coupling agent Si-818 in breaker compound of tire was investigated.The results showed that compared to the compound with silane coupling agent Si69,the Payne effect of the compound with silane coupling agent Si-818 was weaker,indicating better dispersion of silica in rubber,the Mooney viscosity of the compound with silane coupling agent Si-818 decreased,t10 was prolonged,and FmaxFL increased,the 100% modulus and tensile strength of the vulcanizate slightly increased,the fatigue temperature rise was lower,the flex crack growth was reduced,and the flex fatigue resistance was improved.
