      采用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法,建立了测定溴化丁基橡胶中环氧大豆油(ESBO)含量的方法。结果表明,以1 740 cm-1波数处的酯基的特征峰面积作为定量基准,在ESBO含量为0.7%~1.8%时,特征峰面积和ESBO含量有良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差小于5%,满足溴化丁基橡胶生产质量监控要求。
英文摘要:
      A method for determining the content of epoxidized soybean oil(ESBO) in brominated butyl rubber was established using attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that when the characteristic peak area of ester group at 1 740 cm-1 wave number was used as the quantitative basis,there was a good linear relationship between the characteristic peak area and ESBO content within the range of 0.7% to 1.8%,with a relative standard deviation of less than 5%,meeting the quality monitoring requirements of brominated butyl rubber production.
