| 分析轮胎钢丝帘布小角度裁断偏差产生原因,并提出相应解决措施。通过优化压延工艺参数和裁断设备、规范操作流程及建立标准化管控体系,钢丝帘布裁断出现缺陷的频次显著降低,单卷钢丝帘布消耗从10~12 kg降至4 kg,过程损失得到有效管控,为轮胎生产提质降本提供技术支撑。 |

| The causes of small-angle cutting deviations of the steel cord of tire were analyzed,and the countermeasures were proposed.By optimizing calendering process parameters and cutting equipment,standardizing operational procedures,and establishing a standardized control system,the frequency of defects during steel cord cutting significantly decreased,the single-roll consumption of steel cord reduced from 10~12 kg to 4 kg,and the process loss were effectively controlled,which could provided technical support for improving tire production quality and reducing costs. |
