      研究苯酚改性α-甲基苯乙烯石油树脂的连续流生产工艺。原料预处理工艺优化:当精馏回流比为3、分子筛类型为4A时,α-甲基苯乙烯的纯度为98.1%,苯酚水分含量为0.06%,产品的色度为4,收率为90.5%。生产工艺参数优化:当三氟化硼乙醚络合物用量为2.0%、反应温度为60 ℃、反应压力为0.3 MPa、物料停留时间为45 min、α-甲基苯乙烯与苯酚的质量比为7∶1、物料流速为150 mL·h-1时,反应转化率为92%,产物相对分子质量分布指数为2.0,软化点波动小,产品综合性能较好。设备选型优化:采用管式反应器结合316L不锈钢材质,在兼顾性能与成本的同时,可实现中试装置连续稳定运行。
英文摘要:
      The continuous flow production process of phenol-modified α-methylstyrene petroleum resin was studied.Optimization of raw material pretreatment process was as follows:when the distillation reflux ratio was 3 and the molecular sieve type was 4A,the purity of α-methyl styrene was 98.1%,the moisture content of phenol was 0.06%,the colority of the product was 4 and the yield was 90.5%.Optimization of production process parameters was as follows:when the amount of boron trifluoride etherate complex was 2.0%,the reaction temperature was 60 ℃,the reaction pressure was 0.3 MPa,the materials residence time was 45 min,the mass ratio of α-methyl styrene to phenol was 7∶1 and the materials flow rate was 150 mL·h-1,the reaction conversion rate was 92%,the relative molecular weight distribution index of the product was 2.0,the fluctuation of softening point was small and the comprehensive performance of the product was good.Equipment selection optimization was as follows:the use of a tubular reactor combined with 316L stainless steel material could achieve continuous and stable operation of the pilot plant while balancing performance and cost.
