      分析12R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧气泡产生的原因,并提出相应解决措施。通过采取降低胎体帘布裁刀温度、调整胎体和胎侧压合参数、优化胎肩部位材料分布和各部件级差等措施,有效解决了胎侧气泡问题,提高了轮胎质量和经济效益。
英文摘要:
      The causes of the sidewall bubbles of all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the solution measures were proposed.By implementing measures such as reducing the temperature of the carcass cord cutting blade,adjusting the pressing parameters of carcass and sidewall,optimizing the material distribution in the shoulder area and the gradation of components,the issue of sidewall bubbles was effectively resolved,improving tire quality and economic benefits.
