| 研究对比裂解炭黑与常规炭黑的微观结构、粒径分布及对天然橡胶胶料硫化特性和物理性能的影响。结果表明:与炭黑N660相比,裂解炭黑颗粒大小不均,粒径分布较宽,存在团聚结块的现象,灰分含量较高(16%~23%);经超细研磨处理和表面改性的裂解炭黑的补强效果介于炭黑N660和炭黑N550之间,可在橡胶产品配方中部分替代炭黑N375使用。 |

| The microscopic structure,particle size distribution,and effects on the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of natural rubber compounds were compared between pyrolysis carbon blacks and conventional carbon blacks.The results showed that,compared to carbon black N660,pyrolysis carbon black exhibited uneven particle sizes,a broader particle size distribution,phenomena of agglomeration and clumping,and high ash content of 16%~23%.The reinforcing effect of pyrolysis carbon black with ultrafine grinding and surface modification was between that of carbon black N660 and N550,and it could partially replace carbon black N375 in rubber product formulations. |
