研究子午线轮胎横向刚度和纵向刚度有限元仿真精度的提升方法。以现有规格轮胎的横向刚度、纵向刚度仿真和测试数据库为基础,采用线性回归方式统计分析轮胎横向刚度、纵向刚度仿真结果和试验结果的相关性,得出横向刚度、纵向刚度仿真结果的修正公式。结果表明,轮胎修正后横向刚度、纵向刚度仿真值与试验值一致,仿真精度达90%以上,可以满足工程应用的需要。 |

The improvements of finite element simulation accuracy for the lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of radial tires were studied.Based on the simulation and testing database of the lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of the existing specification tire,a linear regression method was used to statistically analyze the correlations between the simulation results and experimental results of lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of the tire,and obtained correction formulas for the simulation results of lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness.The results showed that the modified simulation values of lateral stiffness and longitudinal stiffness of the tire were consistent with the experimental values,with a simulation accuracy of over 90%,which could meet the needs of engineering applications. |
