| 介绍新型平板硫化机保温系统的设计。新型平板硫化机保温系统具有前后、左右、上下全方位保温能力。前保温采用伺服电动机驱动的升降保温门结构，带有安全防掉落结构及故障检测功能，运行安全平稳可靠；后保温采用多功能分区保温门结构，每个分区提供不同的维修空间，在保证保温效果的同时更有利于对设备进行维护；左右保温采用隔热性能高的新型材料制成的隔热板，结构简单，保温效果明显；上下保温采用新型耐压、耐温材料制作的隔热板，不易破损、变形，使用效果更稳定。新研发的保温系统除具有良好的保温效果之外，还具有隔磁功能，适用于电磁加热的平板硫化机。 |

| The design on a new thermal insulation system for curing press are introduced.The new thermal insulation system of curing press has comprehensive thermal insulation capabilities in front，rear，left，right，and up and down directions.The front thermal insulation adopts a servo motor-driven lifting thermal insulation door structure，with a safety anti-drop structure and fault detection function，ensuring safe，stable and reliable operation.The rear thermal insulation adopts a multifunctional partition thermal insulation door structure，with each partition providing different maintenance spaces，which is more conducive to equipment maintenance while ensuring thermal insulation effect.The left and right thermal insulation panels are made of new materials with high thermal insulation performance，which have a simple structure and significant thermal insulation effects.The upper and lower thermal insulation panels are made of new pressure resistant and temperature resistant materials，which are not easily damaged and deformed，and have a more stable use effect.The newly developed thermal insulation system not only has good thermal insulation effect，but also has magnetic insulation function，which is suitable for curing press with electromagnetic heating. |
