      研究液压制动软管用纤维骨架材料聚酯线绳和维纶线绳在热空气、制动液及含水制动液3种环境中的断裂强力变化。结果表明:在热空气环境中,随着老化时间的延长,聚酯线绳的断裂强力变化较小,老化时间超过500 h后维纶线绳的断裂强力快速下降,聚酯线绳的断裂强力高于维纶线绳;在热制动液环境中,随着老化时间的延长,维纶线绳的断裂强力略有下降,但聚酯线绳的断裂强力大幅下降,维纶线绳的断裂强力高于聚酯线绳;在含水热制动液环境中,聚酯线绳和维纶线绳的断裂强力都出现了大幅下降的现象,聚酯线绳断裂强力的下降速率更快。
英文摘要:
      The changes in breaking strength of polyester cords and vinylon cords fiber skeleton materials for hydraulic brake hoses in three environments,namely hot air,brake fluid and water-containing brake fluid,were studied.The results showed that in the hot air environment,with the extension of aging time,the breaking strength of polyester cords changed little,while that of vinylon cords decreased rapidly after 500 hours of aging,the breaking strength of polyester cords was higher than that of vinylon cords.In the hot brake fluid environment,with the extension of aging time,the breaking strength of vinylon cords decreased slightly,but that of polyester cords dropped significantly,and the breaking strength of vinylon cords was higher than that of polyester cords.In the hot water-containing brake fluid environment,both polyester cords and vinylon cords experienced a significant decrease in breaking strength,and the breaking strength of polyester cords decreased at a faster rate.
