将等离子体处理过的聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微粉填充到氯丁橡胶(CR)中制得CR/PTFE复合材料,研究PTFE微粉用量对复合材料微观形貌及性能的影响。结果表明:添加PTFE微粉对复合材料断面的微观形貌没有明显影响;添加PTFE微粉后,复合材料的门尼粘度均下降,热稳定性变化不大,硬度略减小,拉伸强度略有增大,拉断伸长率显著增大,耐磨性能提高;PTFE微粉最佳用量为4份。 |

CR/PTFE composites were obtained by filling plasma treated polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) micro powder in chloroprene rubber(CR).The effect of PTFE micro powder dosage on the microstructure and properties of the composites was studied.The results showed that the addition of PTFE micro powder had no significant effect on the cross-sectional micro morphology of the composites.The addition of PTFE micro powder resulted in a decrease in Mooney viscosity of the composites,the thermal stability changed little,the hardness slightly decreased,the tensile strength slightly increased,the elongation at break significantly increased,and the wear resistance was improved.The optimal dosage of PTFE micro powder was 4 phr. |
