      在简要概述微波加热基本原理的基础上,重点阐述微波在橡胶凝固、干燥、硫化和废旧橡胶再生以及资源化利用等橡胶加工领域的研究进展。研究表明,微波凝固环保、高效,缩短时间,提升橡胶的力学、热、物理和电学性能等;在微波干燥过程中产生微孔结构,提高水分扩散率,结合微波加热特性,实现快速、均匀地干燥,大幅节省时间;微波硫化提高加热效率、改善硫化均匀性,加快硫化过程;微波脱硫再生能快速、均匀地加热和选择性断裂硫键,提升回收材料的经济和环保竞争力。微波加热技术具有良好的经济价值和工业化前景,指出了今后的研究重点,以期为微波在橡胶加工领域大规模工业化应用提供参考。
英文摘要:
      Based on a brief overview of the basic principles of microwave heating,this paper focuse on the research progress of microwave in rubber processing field such as rubber solidification,drying,vulcanization,and waste rubber regeneration and resource utilization.Research has shown that microwave solidification is environmentally friendly,efficient,shortening time,and improving the mechanical,thermal,physical,and electrical properties of rubber.During the microwave drying process,a microporous structure is generated to increase the water diffusion rate.Combined with the microwave heating characteristics,fast and uniform drying is achieved,greatly saving time.Microwave vulcanization improves heating efficiency,enhances vulcanization uniformity,and accelerates the vulcanization process.Microwave desulfurization regeneration can quickly and uniformly heat and selectively break sulfur bonds,enhancing the economic and environmental competitiveness of recycled materials.Microwave heating technology has good economic value and industrial prospects,and future research focuses are pointed out in order to provide reference for the large-scale industrial application of microwave in rubber processing.
