      研究混炼工艺对全钢子午线轮胎胎肩垫胶性能的影响。结果表明:与正常混炼工艺(采用塑炼胶)相比,采用试验混炼工艺(简称试验工艺,采用白炭黑母胶)的胶料的炭黑分散度提升,门尼粘度明显下降,流动性提高,焦烧时间延长,加工性能改善,胎肩垫胶破边情况改善;试验工艺胶料的FLFmaxFmax-FL提高,老化前后胶料的撕裂强度有一定程度的提升,压缩生热下降15%左右;应变扫描、频率扫描下胶料的损耗因子减小,动态生热下降;采用试验工艺的成品轮胎的耐久性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the mixing process on the properties of shoulder pad compound for all-steel radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the normal mixing process(using plastic compound),the carbon black dispersion of the compound using the experimental mixing process(referred to as experimental process,using silicon masterbatch) was improved,the Mooney viscosity was significantly reduced,the flowability was improved,the scorch time was prolonged,the processing performance was improved,and the edge breakage of the shoulder pad compound was improved FLFmax and Fmax-FL of the experimental process compound were increased,the tear strength of the compound were improved to a certain extent before and after aging,and the compression heat build-up decreased by about 15%.Under strain scanning and frequency scanning,the loss factor of the compound decreased,the dynamic heat build-up decreased.The durability of finished tires using experimental process were improved.
