      以丁苯橡胶为基体和4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼为发泡剂制备发泡橡胶材料,研究发泡橡胶材料的压缩回复性能,通过压缩回复力-位移曲线计算得到能量保发泡橡胶材料;持率-位移曲线,并证明了其正确性,同时用能量保持率-位移曲线分析出优异的减震发泡橡胶材料应具有适当的弹性和阻尼性能。该方法为发泡橡胶材料的减震性能研究提供了新思路。
英文摘要:
      Foamed rubber material were prepared using styrene butadiene rubber as the matrix and 4,4-oxobis(phenylsulfonylhydrazine) as the foaming agent.The compression recovery performance of the foamed rubber material was studied,and the energy retention rate-displacement curve was calculated through the compression recovery force-displacement curve,and its correctness was proved.At the same time,the energy retention rate-displacement curve was used to analyze that excellent shock absorption foamed rubber materials should have appropriate elasticity and damping properties.This method provided a new approach for studying the shock absorption performance of foamed rubber materials.
