以某炭黑生产公司为例,分析炭黑生产原理、工艺流程和能耗现状,通过采取设计新型反应炉、加强余热锅炉的应用、利用多种技术提升尾气可燃组分的有效利用率、选取高效干燥机及构建性能良好的通风机变频调速系统等节能降耗措施,在保证炭黑生产顺利进行的同时,降低能源消耗量,为炭黑生产企业更好地发展提供支持。 |

Taking a certain carbon black production company as an example,the production principle,process flow and energy consumption status of carbon black were analyzed.By adopting energy-saving and consumption reducing measures such as designing a new type of reactor,strengthening the application of online waste heat boilers,improving the effective utilization rate of combustible components in exhaust gas through various technologies,selecting the efficient dryer,and constructing a high-performance variable frequency speed control system for ventilation fans,the energy consumption was reduced while ensuring the smooth progress of carbon black production,It could provide support for the better development of carbon black production companies. |
