      研究调整促进剂和混炼工艺对提高氯化丁基橡胶(CIIR)硫化速率的影响。结果表明:添加促进剂BZ,CBS,NA-22,MBTS和TMTD均不能在保证加工安全性和不喷霜的同时提高CIIR胶料的硫化速率;提高密炼温度和延长密炼时间,可以提高CIIR胶料的硫化速率;在密炼温度为150 ℃、密炼时间为7 min下,可以在保证CIIR胶料的加工安全性和不喷霜的同时提高硫化速率和生产效率。
英文摘要:
      The effect of accelerators and mixing processes on improving the vulcanization rate of chlorinated butyl rubber(CIIR) was studied.The results showed that adding accelerators BZ,CBS,NA-22,MBTS and TMTD could not ensure processing safety and prevent blooming while improving the vulcanization rate of CIIR compound.The vulcanization rate of CIIR compound could be improved due to increasing the internal mixing temperature and prolonging the internal mixing time.At an internal mixing temperature of 150 ℃ and an internal mixing time of 7 min,the vulcanization rate and production efficiency of CIIR compound were improved while ensuring the processing safety and blooming free.
