研究功能助剂RK601(简称RK601)在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎基部胶中的应用。结果表明:与未加RK601的胶料相比,加入1份RK601的胶料的门尼粘度增大,门尼焦烧时间缩短,抗硫化返原时间延长;胶料的拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度基本相当,定伸应力略有升高,滞后损失和生热降低,抗刺扎性能提高;在轮胎基部胶中加入适量的RK601,可以提高轮胎的耐久性能。 |

The application of functional additive RK601(abbreviated as RK601) in the base compound of all steel off-the-road radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with the compound without RK601,the addition of 1 phr RK601 increased the Mooney viscosity,shortened the Mooney scorch time,and prolonged the anti-reversion time of the compound.The tensile strength,elongation at break,and tear strength of the vulcanizate were basically equivalent,with a slight increase in tensile stress and a decrease in hysteresis loss and heat build-up of the vulcanizate.The durability of finished tire was improved. Adding appropriate amount of RK601 in the tire base compound could improve the durability of the tire. |
