      建立一种防老剂N2-苯基吡啶-2,5-二胺的高效液相色谱定量分析方法。使用C18色谱柱,流动相为甲醇/纯水(体积比为70/30),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为35 ℃,在254 nm波长下进行检测。结果表明,N2-苯基吡啶-2,5-二胺的质量浓度与峰面积之间呈现出良好的线性相关性,其相关因数为0.999 7,含量测试结果的标准偏差为0.23%,回收率为99.11%~100.79%。本方法操作简单,结果准确,重复性良好,适用于N2-苯基吡啶-2,5-二胺的定量分析。
英文摘要:
      A high-performance liquid chromatography quantitative analysis method for antioxidant 2-N-phenylpyridine-2,5-diamine was established.Using C18 chromatography column,the mobile phase of methanol/pure water(volume ratio of 70/30) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1,and column temperature of 35 ℃,the detection was performed at a wavelength of 254 nm.The results showed that a good linear correlation between the mass concentration and peak area of 2-N-phenylpyridine-2,5-diamine,with correlation coefficient of 0.999 7,standard deviation of 0.23% for the mass fraction test,and a recovery rate of 99.11% to 100.79%.The method was simple to operate,accurate in results,and had good repeatability,making it suitable for quantitative analysis of 2-N-phenylpyridine-2,5-diamine.
