      研究不同种类的片状硅酸盐材料对丁苯橡胶/丁腈橡胶并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:片状硅酸盐材料的pH值对胶料焦烧性能的影响不大,对硫化速度有轻微影响;片状硅酸盐材料对胶料的硬度影响不大,对拉伸强度和拉断伸长率影响较大,添加片状硅酸盐材料的胶料100%定伸应力增大;胶料的水平等效刚度与剪切模量成正比,与100%定伸应力无比例关系;纳米补强剂PF81未使胶料硬度增大,但使其水平等效刚度增大;未进行硅烷偶联剂改性的片状硅酸盐材料不一定能提高胶料的阻尼性能。
英文摘要:
      The effect of different types flake silicate materials on the properties of styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)/nitrile rubber(NBR) blends was studied.The results showed that,the pH value of flake silicate materials had little effect on the scorch performance of compound,but had slight impact on the vulcanization rate.The flake silicate materials had little effect on the hardness of compound,but had a significant impact on the tensile strength and elongation at break,the modulus at 100% of the compound adding flake silicate material increased.The horizontal equivalent stiffness of compound was proportional to the shear modulus,and had no proportional relationship with the modulus at 100%.The nano reinforcing agent PF81 did not increase the hardness of compound,but increased its horizontal equivalent stiffness.The flake silicate materials that had not been modified with silane coupling agents may not necessarily improve the damping performance of compound.
