| 介绍汽车用橡胶与钢带复合密封条钢带纹的产生原因和改善方案。复合密封条钢带纹的产生主要与钢带结构、橡胶自身粘弹特性以及挤出成型方式有关。通过轧制花纹、优化骨架钢带结构、共挤海绵橡胶表层、贴覆绒布装饰、增加气囊遮蔽、竖纹装饰等方法可有效改善钢带纹现象，还可通过调整胶料配方、工艺、口型模具结构等因素不断进行优化。 |

| The causes and optimization schemes of steel stripe pattern on composite sealing strips for automobiles were introduced.The generation of steel stripe pattern on composite sealing strip was mainly related to the structure of the steel strip，the viscoelastic properties of rubber and the extrusion molding method.The steel stripe patternon could be effectively improved by rolling patterns，optimizing the skeleton structure of the steel strip，co extrusion of the sponge rubber surface，covering with velvet cloth decoration，increasing airbag shielding，decorating with vertical patterns and other methods.And it could also be continuously optimized by adjusting factors such as rubber formula，process and mouth mold structure. |
