| 以减压渣油为原料，通过馏分切割和改性工艺制备环保型再生胶软化剂，并将其与传统的非环保型再生胶软化剂在再生胶中的应用性能进行对比。结果表明：制备的环保型再生胶软化剂18种多环芳香烃含量等指标达到T/CRIA 21002—2020中二级品要求；用环保型再生胶软化剂制备的再生胶性能满足GB/T 13460—2016要求，且与用传统的非环保型再生胶软化剂制备的再生胶性能相近。 |

| The environmental-friendly softener for recycled rubber was prepared through fraction cutting and modification processes using vacuum residue，and the application performance in recycled rubber was evaluated and compared with traditional non environmental-friendly softener for recycled rubber.The results showed that the technical indicators indexes such as polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon of the environmental-friendly softener for recycled rubber prepared met the requirements of the second grade product in T/CRIA 21002—2020.The properties of the recycled rubber prepared by environmental-friendly softener met the requirements of GB/T 13460—2016 and were similar to those prepared by traditional non environmental-friendly softener. |
