      在测试含水天然橡胶(NR)胶粒微波介电参数的基础上,采用自制的微波-热风联合干燥装置开展含水胶粒实验室阶段和中试阶段干燥试验,研究干燥时间、微波功率和热风功率等因素对NR胶粒脱水率及性能的影响,得到NR微波-热风联合干燥优化工艺参数。与常规热风干燥相比,微波-热风联合干燥综合处理运行能耗基本持平,但干燥后的NR各项性能显著提高。
英文摘要:
      On the basis of testing the microwave dielectric parameters of hydrated natural rubber(NR) particles,self-made microwave-hot air combined drying equipment was used to carry out laboratory stage and pilot stage drying experiments of hydrated NR particles.The effects of drying time,microwave power,and hot air power on the dehydration rate and the properties of NR particles were studied,and the optimized process parameters of NR microwave-hot air combined drying were obtained.Compared with the conventional hot air drying,the operating energy consumption of the microwave-hot air combined drying comprehensive treatment was basically the same,but the properties of NR after drying was significantly improved.
