研究轮胎耐磨性能的影响因素,并提出提高轮胎耐磨性能的建议措施。研究结果表明,子午线轮胎的耐磨性能优于斜交轮胎,低名义高宽比轮胎的耐磨性能优于高名义高宽比轮胎;为了提高轮胎的耐磨性能,在进行轮廓设计时,应考虑增大接地面积、减小接地压力并保证接地压力分布的均匀性;在轮胎结构设计时,应考虑适度提高胎面刚性、减小轮胎行驶时的周向变形和滑移量;在花纹设计时,可增大花纹饱和度和花纹沟深度;在胎面胶配方设计时,应从硫化胶的拉伸性能、滞后性能、弹性模量和耐疲劳性能等方面来考虑;此外,还应保持良好的驾驶习惯以及定期更换轮位和调校车辆。 |

The influencing factors of tire wear resistance were studied and provide solution suggestions on improve tire wear resistance.Research results showed that radial tires had better wear resistance than bias tires,and low nominal aspect ratio tires had better wear resistance than high nominal aspect ratio tires.In order to improve the wear resistance of tires,when designing the contour,it was suggested to consider increasing the contact area,reducing the contact pressure and ensuring the uniformity of contact pressure distribution.When designing the tire structure,it was suggested to consider moderately increasing the tire tread rigidity,reducing circumferential deformation and slip of tire during driving.When designing patterns,the block/total ratio and groove depth of the patterns could be increased.When designing the tread compound formula,the tensile property,hysteresis performance,elastic modulus,and fatigue resistance of the vulcanizate should be considered.In addition,it was suggested to maintain good driving habits and regularly change the wheel position and adjust the vehicle. |
