      研究国产高回弹性丁腈橡胶(NBR)3306G生胶的微观结构及胶料性能,并与外资公司生产的NBR3365和NBR3370C进行对比。结果表明:3种NBR在微观结构上差异不大,相对分子质量从大到小依次为NBR3370C,NBR3306G,NBR3365;NBR3306G生胶和混炼胶的门尼粘度介于NBR3370C与NBR3365之间;NBR3306G混炼胶的硫化速度较慢,焦烧时间较长,抗焦烧性能较好;NBR3306G硫化胶具有较高的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率、较好的回弹性和抗压缩永久变形性能,但耐油性能略差。
英文摘要:
      The microstructure of raw rubber and properties of the compound of domestic high resilience nitrile butadiene rubber(NBR) 3306G were studied and compared with NBR3365 and NBR3370C from foreign capital companies.The results showed that there was little difference in the microstructure among the three kinds of NBR,with relative molecular weights in descending order of NBR3370C,NBR3306G,and NBR3365.The Mooney viscosity of NBR3306G raw rubber and compound were between those of NBR3370C and NBR3365.The vulcanization speed of NBR3306G compound was slower,the scorch time was longer,and the scorch resistance was good.NBR3306G vulcanizate had higher tensile strength and elongation at break,good resilience and resistance to compression permanent deformation,but slightly poor oil resistance.
