      制备一种以氟硅橡胶为主要原材料的新型耐高温、耐油蓄热式焚烧炉阀门用密封材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,采用气相法白炭黑TS-550、5份热稳定剂(氧化铁)的密封材料具有优良的耐高温老化性能和耐油性能,可在复杂环境中延长阀门使用寿命,降低挥发性有机化合物的泄露风险。
英文摘要:
      A new type high temperature resistant and oil resistant sealing material for regenerative thermal oxidizer valves using fluorosilicone rubber as the main raw material was prepared,and its properties was studied.The results showed that the sealing material using fumed silica and 5 phr heat stabilizer(iron oxide) had excellent high temperature resistance and oil resistance,which could extend the service life of valve in complex environments and reduce the VOCs leakage risk.
