| 研究利用液相色谱法测定二（叔丁基过氧化二异丙基）苯（BIBP）的含量。采用C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），在流动相流速为1.0 mL·min-1、色谱柱柱温为40 ℃、进样体积为10 μL、流动相为乙腈-1%缓冲盐（体积比为97∶3）的条件下测试，可实现间位BIBP目标物质峰与杂质峰的有效分离。结果表明：BIBP溶液的质量浓度在0.1～0.5 mg·mL-1范围内与谱峰面积的线性相关性良好，相关因数为0.999 4。加标回收率平均值为100.11%，相对标准偏差为1.29%。本方法的重复性和稳定性较好，精密度较高。 |

| The content of di（tert-butylperoxyisopropyl） benzene（BIBP） was determined by liquid chromatography.Under the conditions of C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm），mobile phase flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1，column temperature of 40 ℃，injection volume of 10 μL，and mobile phase of acetonitrile and 1% buffer salt（volume ratio of 97∶3），effective separation of the meta BIBP target substance peak and impurity peaks could be achieved.The results showed that the mass concentration of BIBP solution in the range of 0.1～0.5 mg·mL-1 had good linear correlation with the chromatographic peak area，with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 4. The average recovery rate was 100.11%，and the relative standard deviation was 1.29%.The method had good repeatability，stability and high precision. |
