      基于Abaqus有限元仿真软件,研究12R22.5全钢子午线轮胎带束层宽度设计对轮胎性能的影响。结果表明:仅调整1# 带束层宽度,对轮胎外缘尺寸、接地印痕、带束层应变和温度场无明显影响;整体增大带束层宽度,轮胎外缘尺寸和接地印痕无明显影响,滚动阻力系数逐渐增大,带束层应变先减小后逐渐趋于平稳,胎冠和胎肩温度升高,因此在带束层设计时可适当增大带束层宽度。
英文摘要:
      Based on Abaqus finite element simulation software,the effect of design of belt width of 12R22.5 all-steel radial tire on tire performance was studies.The results showed that adjusting only the width of 1# belt had no significant effect on the peripheral dimension,footprint,belt strain and temperature field.Increasing the overall belt width had no significant effect in the peripheral dimension and footprint,but the rolling resistance coefficient gradually increased,the belt strain initially decreased and then stabilized,while the temperature of the tread and shoulder rose.Therefore,appropriately increasing the belt width could be considered in belt design.
