研究超声波裁刀振幅、低速裁切速度和低速裁切宽度等对不同胶料、不同厚度胎面裁切质量的影响。结果表明:裁刀振幅和低速裁切速度对不同胶料胎面裁切表面平整度影响不同;裁刀振幅过大,胶料生热高,导致气泡增多;低速裁切速度过快易导致侧翼卷边,低速裁切速度过慢易导致热量聚集产生气泡与胶末;低速裁切宽度越大,裁刀与胶料接触时间越长,胶料生热高,导致气泡增多。 |

The influence of ultrasonic cutting knife amplitude,speed of slow-speed cuttting and cutting width under low speed on cutting quality of tread with different formula rubber compound.The results showed that,the influence of cutting knife amplitude and speed of slow-speed cutting on the surface smoothness of tread with different rubber compound were different.The larger cutting knife amplitude was,the higher the heat build-up of rubber compound was,which caused bubble increased.The faster speed of slow-speed cuttting could easily lead the generation of side crimping,the slower speed of slow-speed cuttting could lead to heat accumulation to produce bubble and rubber powder.The larger cutting width under slow cuttting speed was,the longer contact time between the cutting knife and rubber compound was,the higher the rubber compound heat build-up was,which caused bubble increased. |
