      采用三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)制备汽车玻璃导槽密封条(简称导槽密封条),并与EPDM导槽密封条进行对比。结果表明:EPDM/PP TPV导槽密封条满足性能要求,哑光外观稍显高档,但其表面没有EPDM导槽密封条表面光滑;EPDM/PP TPV导槽密封条因收缩较大易出现弯曲现象,而EPDM导槽密封条弯曲度几乎为0,采用增加铜丝等方式改进断面结构可有效改善导槽密封条的收缩和弯曲;EPDM/PP TPV导槽密封条在常温与低温环境下的唇边压缩永久变形相当,在高温环境下的唇边压缩永久变形稍大,相同条件下EPDM导槽密封条比EPDM/PP TPV导槽密封条的唇边压缩永久变形稍大;相比喷涂耐磨涂料制备的EPDM导槽密封条,通过本体材料与摩擦材料共挤制备的EPDM/PP TPV导槽密封条摩擦层的摩擦因数更小,耐磨性能更优,但角部结合力略小。

      The automotive glass guide groove sealing strip referred as the guide groove sealing strip was prepared using ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)/polypropylene(PP) dynamic vulcanization thermoplastic elastomer(TPV),and compared with EPDM guide groove sealing strip.The results showed that the EPDM/PP TPV guide groove sealing strip met the performance requirements,with a slightly high-end matte appearance,but its surface was not as smooth as the EPDM guide groove sealing strip.The EPDM/PP TPV guide groove sealing strip was prone to bending due to large shrinkage,and the bending degree of the EPDM guide groove sealing strip was almost zero.Improving the cross-sectional structure by adding copper wire and other methods could effectively improve the shrinkage and bending of the guide groove sealing strip.The EPDM/PP TPV guide groove sealing strip had a similar compression permanent deformation at lip at room temperature and low temperature,but a greater compression permanent deformation at high temperature.Under the same conditions,the EPDM guide groove sealing strip had a greater compression permanent deformation at lip than that of the EPDM/PP TPV guide groove sealing strip.Compared to EPDM guide groove sealing strips prepared by spraying wear-resistant coatings,the EPDM/PP TPV guide groove sealing strips prepared by co extrusion of the body material and friction material had a smaller friction coefficient of the friction layer,better wear resistance,but slightly lower corner bonding force.
