The causes of the extrusion problem on three coextrusion sidewall for all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By improving the design of the pre-die and die plate,adjusting the compound formula,and optimizing the sidewall extrusion process,the problems such as abnormal shape of sidewall composite surface,unstable size,and uneven surface of sidewall were effectively solved,improving tire quality and production efficiency. |
