      分析全钢载重子午线轮胎三复合胎侧挤出问题产生的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过改进预口型和口型板设计、调整胶料配方和优化胎侧挤出工艺,有效解决了胎侧复合面形状异常、尺寸不稳定以及胎侧麻面等问题,提高了轮胎质量和生产效率。
英文摘要:
      The causes of the extrusion problem on three coextrusion sidewall for all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By improving the design of the pre-die and die plate,adjusting the compound formula,and optimizing the sidewall extrusion process,the problems such as abnormal shape of sidewall composite surface,unstable size,and uneven surface of sidewall were effectively solved,improving tire quality and production efficiency.
