为检测包装缓冲材料硫化胶的内部缺陷,提出一种基于数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation,DIC)的硫化胶内部缺陷检测方法。首先搭建DIC非接触式检测系统,然后基于DIC测量硫化胶片的热变形,根据硫化胶片的应变集中现象定位其内部缺陷。该方法可以准确检测出内部缺陷的位置和尺寸,具有无损、操作简单、对试验场地要求低等优点。 |

In order to detect the internal defects of vulcanizate of buffer packaging material,a method for detecting internal defects of vulcanizate based on digital image correlation(DIC) was proposed.First,the DIC non-contact detection system was built.Then the thermal deformation of the vulcanizate sheet was measured based on DIC.According to the strain concentration of vulcanizate sheet,the internal defects were determined.This method could accurately detect the location and size of internal defects,which had the advantages of non-destructive,simple operation,low requirement on the test site,and so on. |
