中文摘要:
      采用复分解反应方法制备肉桂酸锌(ZDBA),研究ZDBA用量对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:肉桂酸通过复分解反应可以生成ZDBA,其收率为97.8%,锌含量为18.1%;随着ZDBA用量的增大,HNBR胶料的Fmax-FL逐渐增大,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度和100%定伸应力呈增大趋势,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度呈先增大后减小的趋势。
英文摘要:
      Zinc cinnamate(ZDBA) was prepared by the metathesis reaction,and the effect of amount of ZDBA on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) compound was studied.The results showed that cinnamic acid could generate ZDBA through metathesis reaction,its yield was 97.8%,and the zinc content was 18.1%.As the amount of ZDBA increased,the Fmax-FL of the HNBR compound gradually increased,and the Shore A hardness and modulus at 100% of the vulcanizate trended to increase,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength trended to increase first and then decrease.
