采用高特福RCR20型毛细管流变仪(简称RCR20流变仪)在较高的剪切速率下测试胶料的流动性,考察测试条件和判定指标,结果表明:RCR20流变仪输出曲线中最大挤出速率不能代表挤出稳定时的最大速率,不能作为判定胶料流动性的标准;随着挤出压力的增大,挤出速率、剪切速率增大,且数据更加稳定;结合标准偏差及波动值,可将50~100 s平均挤出速率作为流动性数据稳定的判定指标;根据RCR20流变仪测出的流动性数据可对不同配方胶料的混炼工艺进行优化,其比门尼粘度仪检测更加灵敏。 |

The fluidity of the compound was tested at higher shear rates using the Hightech RCR20 capillary rheometer(RCR20).By establishing testing conditions and judgment indicators,the following conclusions could be drawn:the maximum extrusion rate in the RCR20 output curve cannot represent the maximum rate at which extrusion was stable,and cannot be used as a standard for judging the flowability of conpound.As the extrusion pressure increased,the extrusion rate and shear rate increased and the data became more stable.By combining the standard deviation and fluctuation values,the average extrusion rate of 50~100 s could be used as a criterion for determining data stability.According to the fluidity data measured by RCR20,the mixing process of different formulas could be optimized,which was more sensitive than the Mooney viscosity detection. |
