根据核电机组海水蝶阀D形密封圈性能要求,开发一种抗撕裂型海水蝶阀D形密封圈。选择氢化丁腈橡胶为主体材料、锦纶织物543为骨架材料、开姆洛克205为粘合剂,优化产品结构,改进产品制造工艺,并设计试验装置验证了D形密封圈的性能。结果表明,经过优化设计的海水蝶阀D形密封圈的抗撕裂性能和密封性能显著提高,满足暗渠隔离阀的使用要求,可减少暗渠作业次数。 |

According to performance requirements of D-type sealing ring for seawater butterfly valves in nuclear power units,a tear resistant D-type sealing ring for seawater butterfly valves was developed.Hydrogenated nitrile rubber was selected as the main rubber material,nylon fabric 543 as the skeleton material,and Chemlock 205 as the adhesive,the product structure was optimized,the manufacturing process was improved,and an experimental device was designed to verify the performance of the D-type sealing ring.The results showed that the tear resistance and sealing performance of the D-type sealing ring for seawater butterfly valve with optimized design were significantly improved,which met the requirements for the use of underground channel isolation valves,and could reduce the number of underground channel operations. |
