| 从种植、生产、研发和销售等方面分析天然橡胶产业作为云南省区位优势特色产业的发展机遇与挑战，指出当前云南天然橡胶产业发展必须重视的问题。在天然橡胶市场进入“调整期”的影响下，天然橡胶产业出现投入不足、产品科技含量降低、经营分散、成本高、机械化程度低、抗风险能力不足、境外发展困难等问题。同时，国家出台的相关产业政策和发展规划等为云南天然橡胶产业的发展提供了机遇。建议云南天然橡胶产业通过深化供给侧结构性改革，树立产业信心，守住并发展橡胶产业。 |

| The opportunities and challenges of natural rubber industry as an industry with geographical advantages in Yunnan Province were analyzed from the aspects of planting，production，research and development，sales，and some problems that must be paid attention to in the current development of Yunnan natural rubber industry were put forward.Under the influence of the natural rubber market entering the “adjustment period”，the natural rubber industry appeared the problems such as insufficient investment in the industry，reduced technology content of products，scattered management，high cost，low degree of mechanization，lack of anti-risk ability，difficulties in overseas development，etc.At the same time，the relevant industrial policies and development plans issued by the state provided opportunities for the development of natural rubber industry in Yunnan.It was suggested that the natural rubber industry in Yunnan should deepen the supply-side structural reform，establish industrial confidence，hold and develop the rubber industry. |
