      开发了一种平移式水压农业轮胎硫化机。该硫化机结构相对简单,所用部件明显少于其他类型硫化机,其动力介质全部采用工厂动力站原有系统,大幅降低了生产成本和维修费用,同时利用工业计算机实现了高度自动化,减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率和产品质量。
英文摘要:
      A parallel-moving hydraulic curing press of agricultural tyre was designed.The structure of the curing press was relatively simple,and the parts used were significantly less than other types of curing press. Its power media were all from the original system of factory power station,which greatly reduced the production and maintenance costs.At the same time,the industrial computer was used to achieve a high degree of automation,which could reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the work efficiency and product quality.
