| 介绍UG NX软件结合AutoCAD软件在无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎开发中的应用。使用AutoCAD软件设计绘制轮胎轮廓、花纹、胎侧文字排布图，使用UG NX软件草图功能绘制施工部件的参数化图形，结合施工设计绘制材料分布图，将绘制的AutoCAD平面图导入UG NX软件中生成相应的三维轮胎模型及其三维材料模型。UG NX软件生成的三维轮胎模型可用于Abaqus有限元分析模型及模具编程prt文件，实现产品设计与模具设计的无缝衔接。使用UG NX软件高清质量渲染出的轮胎及其内部材料分布图片可用于新产品的市场宣传。 |

| The application of UG NX software combined with AutoCAD software in the development of tubeless all-steel truck and bus radial tires was introduced.The AutoCAD software was used to design and draw tire profiles，patterns，and sidewall text layout diagrams.The sketch function of UG NX software was used to draw parameterized graphics of construction components，and combining with construction design to draw material distribution diagrams.The drawn AutoCAD plan was imported into UG NX software to generate the corresponding 3D tire model and its 3D material model.The 3D tire model generated by UG NX software could be used for Abaqus finite element analysis model and mold programming prt file，realizing the seamless connection between product design and mold design.The high-definition quality rendering pictures of tire and its internal material distribution by UG NX software could be used for the market promotion of new products. |
